Raumedic’s overall optimized syringe system and material combinations reduce the breakaway force of the stopper in the syringe body the first time it is used as well as the sliding friction in available sealing solutions. The company says that in-house laboratory tests show values reduced by more than 50% with identical test design and parameter settings. Depending on the customer-specific syringe system, the level of the “stick-slip effect” in the unsterilized state is significantly lower, according to the vendor.
