Enercon Industries is simplifying packager’s setup and operation with the release of a new fully integrated cap inspection system. The inspection system is both mechanically and electrically integrated into the induction sealer reducing initial setup time from hours to minutes and simplifies operation through a touchscreen interface.

The enhanced rugged design mitigates line vibrations and unintentional bumps from the operator. When changing over to similar bottle and cap configurations packagers can simply raise or lower the induction sealer without making major adjustments to the sensors. Simple thumbscrews have been added that allow packagers to fine-tune the sensors without the use of tools.
The inspection system gives packagers complete control of their line with the ability to detect high or cocked caps, missing foils, and stalled bottles. A laser-centering guide is mounted on both the entry and exit of the induction sealer ensuring proper positioning of the product.

The Super Seal™ Touch and Super Seal™ Max’s new operating system with one-click-away navigation offers intuitive design and quickly guides operators through the control screens. Standard features help increase packaging quality control through tools such as recipe management, password protected operator lockout, and key operating /production data locally available.
The operator friendly interface is available in multiple languages and is also able to operate in a variety of modes including, local, remote & network.
