Is Conagra Ready to Sell Hebrew National?

A deal may be in the works, reflecting Conagra’s reported desire to focus more of its efforts on its frozen foods and snacks brands.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Conagra Brands may be considering the sale of its Hebrew National hot dog business, as well as its Egg Beaters and Odom’s Tennessee Pride brands, for approximately $700 million. The potential buyer is believed to be JBS SA.
