The plant also will be equipped with advanced technological, quality, and safety features. Expected to begin operations early next year, the facility will be able to produce over 187 million pounds of corn tortillas, flour tortillas, tortilla chips, flat breads, and other baked products annually when it becomes fully operational in 2024.
