Campbell completes sale of European chips segment

Valeo Foods takes over business

Valeo Foods has paid Campbell Soup Company approximately $80 million for its European chips business, which includes UK-based Kettle Foods Limited and Netherlands-based Yellow Chips B.V. Campbell is retaining the Kettle Brand business in the US and all other parts of the world except for Europe and the Middle East.
