A subsidiary of Pernod Ricard S.A. has completed the acquisition of Castle Brands through a cash tender offer, followed by a short-form merger. Castle Brands, which develops and markets premium and super-premium brands, such as Jefferson’s, Goslings Rums, Clontarf Irish Whiskey and Robert Burns Scotch Whisky, is now an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Pernod Ricard.
