Blaige & Co. announced that its client Syntac Coated Products, LLC, a portfolio company of Driehaus Private Equity, LLC, was acquired by Shurtape Technologies, LLC. The transaction also included Syntac Medical Specialties. Blaige & Co. served as the exclusive advisor to Syntac on the transaction.

Ralph Rosa was appointed President of Lenze Americas.

Rob Arneson joined Starview as Sales Manager.

Engage Technologies Corp. hired Jake Zender as Vice President of Sales, Americas, and Hans Holterman as Sales Application Specialist for the European market.
