Transparent Container Co., Inc. achieved G7 Master Printer status from the IDEAlliance G7 program.

Krones AG, Neutraubling, Germany, acquired 100% of the shares in Schaefer Förderanlagen and Maschinenbau GmbH, Unterföhring, Germany.

Underwriters Laboratories certified that B&R Industrial’s portfolio of products featuring integrated safety technology comply with IEC 61508, IEC 62061 and ISO 13849—the recognized standards for safety technology. In particular, functional safety certification by UL verifies compliance with applicable North American standards such as ANSI/UL 1998. B&R’s integrated safety technology is now UL-listed in the FSPC category (Energy and Industrial Systems Certified for Functional Safety), as well as the corresponding FSPC7 category for Canada.

Intelligrated also appointed Parks Stewart Senior Sales Engineer for its southern regional sales and operations office in Alpharetta, GA.

Rexam announced that it has jointly, with Envases Universales de Mexico, completed an investment in Envases Del Istmo SA, a single line beverage can plant in Colón, Panama.

Weber Packaging Solutions, Inc. was awarded certification to print film labels for product companies that require a Graphic Measures International (GMI) designation.

H.B. Fuller Co. signed an agreement to purchase Continental Products Ltd., a provider of adhesives in East and Central Africa.

World Wide Packaging LLC opened a 100,000 sq-ft tube manufacturing facility in Suzhou, China. The new plant is 100% wholly owned by WWP USA.

Tim Faber was appointed Canadian Sales Representative for Bergami USA.

Amcor announced that Ken MacKenzie will retire as Managing Director and CEO. Ron Delia was appointed his successor.

Tim Noonan, Ventures, part of Boeing Defense, Space & Security, was appointed to the Board of Directors of Barry-Wehmiller.

Carlos Ruiz was named Regional Sales Manager, South Florida region, for Wago Corp.
