New source for food-grade PCR PET

Food manufacturers often say they’d use more post-consumer recycled content if supplies of food-grade material were more plentiful and reliable. An article posted October 16 to FoodManufacturing.com describes an impressive new PET recycling facility that could go a long way toward closing the recycling loop. PWP Industries is believed to be the first North American thermoforming firm to open an in-house recycling facility.
