The Layer Saver is a two-tier system consisting of a plastic base pallet with supporting steel and plastic frames. The maximum load of the double pallet system is 2000 lb. The company says the new system will eliminate crushing, bowing, and other damage issues and allow for more packages per pallet. Layer Saver is compatible with most, if not all, current manufacturing processes for a wide range of products. The pallets can be nested and are stackable and returnable.
