Hubert H. Keil, Uhlmann Packaging Systems, was appointed vice chairman of the board of directors of the Healthcare Compliance Packaging Council.

Robert W. Stevens, long time Western Packaging Assn. supporter and life member and a past president of the Institute of Packaging Professionals, passed away on February 17, 2007.
