Invenio opens India office

Invenio Source has opened an office in Mumbai, India.

The launch of its office marks an explosion in the Indian market. Recent studies show that consumer spending in India is expected to double in the next four years, company says. Invenio Source has recognized this potential.

"As the demand for consumer products continues to expand in India, so does demand for the automation required for the manufacturing and packaging of those products. The one element missing from the mix is automated packaging equipment. Most of the packaging equipment manufactured in India is manual or semi-automatic," says Ed Marsh, president of Invenio Source. "Hence, the growing and unfulfilled need for such equipment."

Through this office, Invenio Source offers U.S. manufacturers of automatic packaging equipment and consumables direct access into this growing market.

"Having an office that is fully staffed by professionals with "local" knowledge of Indian customs, practices, and regulations puts U.S. manufacturers of automated packaging equipment at a distinct advantage," Marsh says. "Our unique position also will allow us to help American manufacturers of packaging equipment maintain competitiveness through several innovative, focused component sourcing programs we offer."

Invenio Source was founded by Marsh in 2005. Indian manufacturers seeking efficient packaging solutions and American producers of those solutions, as well as companies seeking to liquidate clean, late model automated packaging machines should contact Invenio Source for more information.
