Bosch Packaging Technology acquires SIG Pack

Robert Bosch Verpakkingsmachinenes B.V. acquired SIG Pack from SIG Holding AG.

Bosch and SIG signed the respective contracts on April 15, 2004. The combined product lines for the new organization has minimal overlap between Bosch and SIG Pack.

“This acquisition represents the combination of two respected companies in the packaging field. Both organizations share core values offering customers quality products and comprehensive service during the entire life cycle of the equipment’s installation,” says Don DeMorett, president of Bosch Packaging Technology. “We welcome the associates of SIG Pack to Bosch."
