According to one study, global pharmaceutical packaging will grow 6.3% annually through 2013. The "industry will benefit from China's growing manufacturing industry." The demand in the US for specialized packaging will also contribute to growth. India and Brazil will likewise be a factor as their pharma packaging market emerges based on growth of generic ethical drug production in these countries.
