Easy-open package for blueberries. . .

Major British food retailer, Sainsbury, is using Amcor Flexibles' PushPop pack for its line of blueberries. The company first used the pack just a few months ago for its private label chocolates. The PushPop "has a special perforation on the top of the pack which can be pushed in to pop the pack open." Additionally, holes in the bottom of the package can be used so fruit can be washed. The package is easy to open and use, and allows Sainsbury to "reduce packaging weight by 75%."
