New products--which are manufactured in Valencia, Spain--include chocolate with omega-3; low sugar and high-soluable fiber chocolate; no-added sugar chocolate; organic white chocolate; and low-lactose chocolate. The new line of functional chocolate is "designed to allow food makers to add functional chocolate to cookies, pastry, cereal, ice cream, and other dairy products."
