India mandates bilingual pharmaceutical packaging...

bilingual labeling system for pharmaceutical drugs started April 1st.

Labels printed in English and Hindi must include essential details of the drug such as its name and the manufacturing and expiration dates. A separate system, under which the packaging specifies maximum retail price including taxes, also took effect.
