Kellogg's has acquired The United Bakers Group, one of Russia's largest cookie, cracker and breakfast cereal producers.

The business will continue to be headquartered in Russia and will report to Kellogg's European business unit. According to Kellogg, this acquisition will help them establish a considerable presence in the large and fast-growing Russian market.
