Canadian breakfast bar wakes you up...

A Canadian scientist who developed a way to mask the bitterness of caffeine in baked goods has now introduced a breakfast bar that contains the same amount of caffeine as a strong cup of coffee.

Encaff is a line of products that includes cereal, bagels, donuts, and even chewing gum. Packaging, labeling and test marketing of Encaff products has begun in the United States, and products should be on convenience store shelves this Fall.
