While Ferrero, the makers of Nutella, deny that their package label misinforms, the consumer watchdog Which? says: "To tell people only about the hazelnuts, skimmed milk and cocoa" in Nutella and not mention the 100 grams of sugar that would also be consumed is misleading. Hazelnuts and milk are not the main ingredients of Nutella—the spread is 55% sugar and 31% fat. How's that for a nutritious breakfast?
