Machine applies infrared thermal imaging technologies, instantly inspecting seals and generating control outputs with no negative effect to production time or speed. Using a patent pending image de-blurring feature, the system can inspect continuous motion items at a rate up to 700 containers/min. For indexing applications without the de-blurring feature, the system can perform up to 300 inspections/min. Machine inspects for heat seal defects, cold seal defects, and seal voids and creases.
