(Asheville, NC).—Dillin Engineered Systems Corp. (Perrysburg, OH) has acquired the assets of ROE Inc. (Perrysburg, OH).—Lucas-Insertco Pharmaceutical Printing Co. (Baltimore, MD) and Plymouth Printing Co. Inc. (Cranford, NJ) have announced an agreement to form the Lucas-Plymouth Group (Cranford, NJ), effective March 15. The co. will operate four plants that print packaging components for the healthcare industry.—Caraustar Industries (Austell, GA) has entered into a letter of intent to acquire Arrow Paper Products Co., Inc. (Saginaw, MI).—Pactiv Corp. (Lake Forest, IL) and Sentinel Polyolefins (Hyannis, MA) have announced the formation of a global marketing and technology development agreement for advanced low-density packaging foams.—Ametek, Inc. (Clawson, MI) has acquired Patriot Sensors & Controls Corp. (Detroit, MI).—Polymer Training Resources (Des Moines, IA) has joined A. Routsis Assoc. (Dracut, MA) to share resources and provide more training opportunities.
