Amcor acquires Bemis

Increases consumer packaging presence

On June 11, Amcor completed its acquisition of Bemis Company Inc. The combined company will now operate as Amcor plc (Amcor). Amcor makes responsible packaging for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, home care personal care and other consumer products. It registered combined revenues over $13.4 billion during the 2018 financial year.
