The Ampco JET-shear in-tank mixer offers interchangeable stainless-steel work heads designed according to 3-A standards and for CIP. Incorporating a maximum working shaft of 96 in., the mixer has a stainless-steel bearing housing and can be used in open and closed tanks, drums, or tote processing up to 1,000 gal. Typical applications include agitation, de-agglomeration, dispersion, dissolving, emulsifying, eliminating fisheyes, homogenization, process acceleration and particle reduction.
