Built to automatically detect small defects and subtle changes in color, the Omron FH-Series vision system also can simultaneously detect defects with different characteristics. The integrated lighting technology can change illumination angles, directions and colors depending on the specific characteristics of the object under inspection. The system can store all inspection results directly to a database using the machine automation controller over EtherCAT and output them in combination with inspection image data and key inspection information.
