Headspace analyzer incorporates solid-state sensor technology

The MOCON Dansensor CheckPoint 3 portable, battery-powered headspace analyzer is intended for a range of food products in modified atmosphere packaging, including meat, seafood, cheese, snack foods, salads, vegetables, powdered milk and coffee. Capable of providing results in less than 10 seconds, the analyzer features an intuitive graphic interface and ergonomic resting spot where the user’s hand can cradle the unit. The analyzer comes in three models, some of which allow data to be accessed or settings to be altered via a web browser or smartphone.
