Easily integrated or standalone pick-and-place machine

The Model SMR3 is a three-stop rotary placing system that utilizes Graphic Packaging's patented secondary motion technology. This compact system combines a conventional 30-degree inclined infeed magazine with a second position for labeling, coding, gluing, bar code reading or product assembly.

At the third position, products are precisely placed on flighted conveyors, into pockets, into conveyed items or into counted stacks. The secondary motion action permits products up to four inches in depth to be handled at speeds up to 200 placements per minute. The SMR3 can be easily integrated with packaging systems and functions as a stand-alone system.
