A development program recently completed by Milliken Chemical has identified clarified PP as a competitive option in blown film for flexible packaging operations.

Based on trials and commercial applications, results from using Milliken’s Millad® 3988 clarifying agent in blown PP film include haze reduction, enhanced package gloss and shelf appeal, reduced costs, improved package stiffness, and improved moisture barrier.
