Static controlled rigid films

A washable static coating made of polyaniline is now available on Klockner Pentaplast's (Gordonsville, VA) polyester, co-polyester and vinyl Pentastat® rigid films used to make thermoformed packages for printed circuit boards and other static-sensitive products.

Versions in APET or Eastman's Eastar(TM) PETG copolyester are available in 8- to 60-mil thicknesses. Vinyl is available in 7.5- to 35-mil thicknesses.
