Automated Packaging Systems launches "autobag.com"

Innovative tools on the website help buyers find solutions faster.

Automated Packaging Systems, the world leader in high-reliability bagging systems, has launch its new website at www.autobag.com. This new site features a contemporary design that is carefully tailored for the best possible user experience on desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile phones. Navigation has been improved with one-click access to every product, service, and resource the company offers. The site is available in 41 languages covering 70 countries around the globe.

Dedicated sections on the company’s AirPouch line of protective and void-fill packaging (formerly housed at www.airpouch.com) and AutoSleeve Stretch Sleeve Label products are easily accessible from the home page. A new “Markets Served” section provides users with a tour of solutions specific to their industry. Additionally, customer success stories in seven different languages are now available for visitors to peruse.

The most unique new additions to the site include the interactive Solutions Finder and Spare Parts Look-up tools. Solutions Finder is a one-of-a-kind tool that assists buyers with identifying potential bag packaging solutions for their specific application. Users simply enter basic information about their packaging application, and from more than 12,000 possible combinations, only the most relevant potential solutions are presented. The Spare Parts Look-up Tool allows customers to quickly find and request a quote for parts for their Autobag, SidePouch, and AirPouch machinery.

“Our new web design and tools significantly improve the online customer experience,” says Cliff Brehm, President and Chief Marketing Officer of Automated Packaging Systems. “By paying attention to market trends and how users were using our old site, we were able to develop a new site with resources that greatly increase user efficiency, helping them to find answers to their bag packaging questions faster and easier than ever before.”

Other features of the new website include more and enhanced product videos, customer ratings and reviews, social media shortcuts, and easy to use quote, demo and information request forms. More productivity-enhancing features will be added in the coming months.
