Optima offers its fully automatic packaging solution for wet wipes in plastic tubs for a manufacturer of paper hygiene products. Wipes can be placed in the tubs as bulk stacks or prepackaged stacks in plastic bags.

Loose stacks as well as film-packaged refills can be handled. Machine can also run various types of lids with different formats. Output is 120 tubs/min with a high degree of efficiency, company says. All components are made of stainless steel or aluminum for cleaning purposes.
