–Cozzoli Machine Co. (Plainfield, NJ) broke ground on a new 100ꯠ sq’ facility in Somerset, NJ, to be completed at the end of 2002.

–Ring Can Corp. (Oakland, TN) changed its name to Ring Container Technologies to emphasize its exclusive focus on plastic container technology.
