The thermal evaporation metallizing accommodates film thicknesses from 25 to 1ꯠ ga, depending on film material, and roll widths from 12" to 78". Sputter deposition accommodates film thicknesses from 50 to 700 ga and roll widths from 36" to 72".

Metallized films are available from Courtaulds Performance Films (Martinsville, VA) for a variety of reflective, conductive and specialized applications, including label stock, security holograms, and anti-static bags for electronic devices.
