UCB Films PLC (Wigton, Cumbria, England) will invest £4m a year until 2002 for the development of specialty cellulose films. The investment will be spread across the company's sites at Bridgwater and Wigton, England; Burgos, Spain; and Tecumseh, KS, USA.
