Variable data-patient coding, lot numbering, expiration-is imprinted on both the permanent, wrap-around surface of the label and the flag surface. The flag may then be removed and reapplied as part of the permanent patient record. Imprinting options include laser printing and imaging, hot stamping and thermal printing.
