Supplier news: Domestic acquisitions, agreements

Printpack Inc. (Atlanta, GA) will purchase the flexible packaging div. of James River Corp. for about $365 million (Richmond, VA). Assets include nine manufacturing plants in the U.S., one in Mexico, and part of the technical center in Milford, OH.
