Lightweight mailers

Poly-Lite(TM) from AVI (Glens Falls, NY) is a lightweight shipping mailer made of a three-layer coextrusion of polyolefin film for greater tear and burst strength than paper mailers or single-layer films.

The inside, silver layer provides opacity to keep contents confidential, the middle layer gives the film its strength, and the outer layer provides a white surface for printing. Available in eight standard sizes ranging from 6" x 9" to 24" x 24". Custom sizes are also available.
