The new facility is 70ꯠ sq', up from 24ꯠ—almost triple the size of the old building.
In addition to needing a facility that would meet its continued growth, CMS wanted to build a plant specifically designed to emphasize food safety for its customers. The new CMS headquarters is state-of-the-art, conforming to a higher level of safety than dictated by industry standards.
The new plant, which will house all production and sales offices while consolidating warehouse operations, will help the manufacturer of food processing packaging films, bags, and pouches.
