Ampac Packaging has completed its acquisition of Kapak Co..

Gary Bell, Kapak’s former president, is leaving Kapak to focus independently on flexible packaging product development. The new management team is headed by George Thomas, the acting COO for Kapak since November and vp of business development for Ampac.
