The competition’s objective is to stimulate innovative printing and to recognize technical achievement in all areas of the narrow web industry, including tags and labels, cartons, flexible packaging, and more. Separately, to enter the Innovator of the Year competition sponsored by the Assn. of Independent Corrugated Converters, associate members of the AICC must submit a five-minute video of their innovation (developed since Oct. 2000) with off-camera narration and completed entry form by July 2. The competition will recognize and award innovations developed in the non-machinery category at AICC’s annual meeting Sept. 17 – 20 in San Francisco, CA.
