Thomas Mohr has been appointed to the position of president and CEO of Vifan’s (Montreal, Quebec, Canada) North American companies, including Vifan USA Inc., Vifan Canada Inc., and Vibac Canada Inc.

In a related move, Carlo Serroni, the executive vp of Vifan Canada Inc. and Vifan USA Inc., will be assuming a senior position at the group’s world headquarters in Ticineto, Italy, before the end of 2003. The Vibac Group produces and commercializes BOPP films and tapes.
