High-impact shrink films

Klöckner Pentaplast of America’s (Gordonsville, VA) line of standard and high-shrink transverse-direction-oriented films for full body sleeve labels and tamper-evident bands has been extended to include two new Pentaprint‚ vinyl films: Super high-impact Pentaprint M282/41 and high-shrink Pentaprint M148/01.

Films offer excellent gauge control, lay flat properties, ink adhesion, and seaming ability, according to the company. The M282/41 regular shrink film has 56% shrink properties and is designed to provide uniform shrinkage of full body shrink sleeves and t-e bands for cylindrical shaped bottles and containers. The high-shrink M148/01 film has 64% shrink properties and is engineered for products requiring uniform shrinkage control of full body shrink sleeves for highly contoured bottles and containers.
