Envalior will showcase a portfolio of advanced material technologies designed to power next-generation packaging at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025, Sept. 29–Oct. 1, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
At Booth SU-36079 (South Hall Upper), Envalior will have several innovative packing material solutions on display that are engineered to meet rigorous specifications across industries, such as food and beverage, healthcare, building and construction, textiles, and consumer electronics. These solutions include:
- Breathable monolithic membrane technology, ideal for medical and food-contact packaging, as well as textiles, construction, and consumer goods that require breathable qualities. This material technology balances permeability and protection, while offering moisture management, durability, and strength.
- High-performance polyamides for food packaging, cooking bags, medical pouches, and multi-layer films. These materials deliver mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and thermal stability, while acting as oxygen barriers to extend shelf life.
- Glass fiber solutions for packaging-related applications such as containers, seals, gaskets, and thermal insulation, enhancing stiffness, dimensional stability, and minimized warpage.
- Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) for food films, rigid packaging, and bottles. PBT combines chemical and heat resistance with odor-sealing strength, making it well-suited for containers.
“Engineers face the challenge of balancing performance, sustainability, and manufacturability,” said Andre Oosterlaken, Application Development Engineer at Envalior. “Our materials are purpose-built to meet those needs, from improving barrier properties to enhancing mechanical integrity, while helping customers reduce environmental impact and unlock new design possibilities.”
Envalior’s experts will be available at Booth SU-36079 throughout PACK EXPO to discuss material solutions, explore application development opportunities, and answer questions about optimizing packaging performance and sustainability.
