Signode Industrial Group acquires Packaging Design & Manufacturing, Inc.

Signode Industrial Group (SIG), a manufacturer of industrial packaging systems announced the acquisition of all shares of Packaging Design & Manufacturing, Inc. (PDM) a designer and manufacturer of custom foam packaging solutions.

PDM has developed a great business that does an outstanding job in servicing its customers with foam based packaging products and solutions.” said Mark Burgess, CEO of Signode International Group. “The management team and experienced staff will be strong additions to the SIG Organization. We look forward to working with the PDM team to aggressively grow their business and provide SIG’s customers with additional value added technologies and solutions.”
