Originally, the box was designed in 25” and 34” heights (Model Numbers: BN484525 and BN454534). Buckhorn is now introducing 7” and 10” extension rings that can be added in any combination to those boxes. While other options are available, Buckhorn has specifically added 41”, 44” and 51” heights to its official stocked product offering.

The new boxes are stocked in black and have a capacity of 2,000 lbs., the highest capacity in the industry for all-plastic bulk boxes of the same size. The BN4845 series has the proven design of sturdy, structural foam panels and drop down doors you expect from Buckhorn and combines that technology with an equally-strong, injection-molded, two-piece welded base.

The boxes securely stack with competitive bins when upright or collapsed and provide four-way forklift entry. They are available with or without drop-down doors. The doors are a full 31.7” wide, and do not block fork openings, minimizing damage to the container. The boxes are also easy to repair – no special tools or fasteners required. The panels simply snap into the base while the latches and hinges lock into the door.

Buckhorn’s BN4845 boxes are 100% recyclable. These extra-duty boxes feature added decoration areas often required for industrial applications, including multiple recessed ID tag areas on all four sides of the base and additional flat surfaces on the panels and doors for labels or RFID tracking.

“We understand that businesses need durable, affordable solutions in a variety of sizes,” said Joe Borer, Buckhorn Market Manager. “The BN4845 series is a great value, and the extension rings allow us to give our customers a complete offering of the strongest, most versatile boxes on the market.”
