Packaging associations to showcase award-winning packaging at PACK EXPO Las Vegas

As of Nov. 25, six different packaging associations have agreed to showcase their award-winning packages within the PACK EXPO Las Vegas Containers & Materials Pavilion.

The list includes DuPont Co.’s DuPont Awards for Innovation in Packaging, Flexible Packaging Assn.’s Packaging Achievement Awards, Glass Packaging Institute’s Clear Choice Awards, Paperboard Packaging Council’s National Paperboard Packaging Awards, and the Tube Council’s Tubes of the Year Awards.

“The award-winning showcase will be prominently featured in a Showcase of Packaging Innovations as part of the 70ꯠ-net sq’ Containers & Materials Pavilion being established,” says Mark Garvey, Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute (PMMI) show committee chairman, and president of Garvey Corp. “We expect heavy traffic to this area as senior-level marketing executives, brand managers, packaging engineers, and research and development personnel come to look for new and innovative ways to market and package their products.”

PACK EXPO Las Vegas will be held Oct. 13-15 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. For more information, click here or contact PMMI’s Show Department at 703/243-8555, or by e-mail at [email protected].
