The print cartridge, along with the true non-porous eUrex ink, provides 10 mm throw distance, incredibly fast dry times on a wide range of non-porous substrates, and over 48 hr of decap time, as well as excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates, at linear print speeds up to 374 ft/min.

Additionally, MapleJet’s Hx Nitro thermal inkjet (TIJ) printer simplifies message input by using WiFi to create and send messages to the printer wirelessly. Any WiFi-enabled device, including smartphones and tablets, can be used to control Hx Nitro. The Hx Nitro’s field upgrade function enables the customer to perform software upgrades remotely, even from the production line, eliminating the need for costly service calls. In addition to eUrex ink, there are a number of porous and non-porous inks, in a variety of colors, that deliver high quality, highly legible codes and marks on a broad range of materials, including plastic films, metal, PVC, aluminum, glass, coated stock, and corrugated cartons.
