Fox IV: Printer/applicator

The new 6950 PLC based printer-applicator from FOX IV Technologies can text operators and supervisors when labels are low or if the printer needs attention.

Pw 56616 6950

The 6950’s texting option works through a GSM cellular network to text operational conditions to up to 5 cell phones.  Conditions like “Printer On,” “Printer Fault,” “Low Label,” and “Low Ribbon” are sent via text to maintenance, operators, or supervisors to bring immediate attention to the unit from anywhere in the plant and increase unit uptime.

The large, full-color display on the 6950 also displays warning, fault, and ready conditions as do optional light beacons. The display is easily visible with intuitive controls and functions in addition to the graphical displays of operating function and warnings/faults.   These key system conditions are also available to WCS systems through the addressable Ethernet connectivity.

The FOX IV 6950 includes many FOXfirst user-friendly features including a large label roll (up to 16-in. OD), screened media paths, Swing-Away cylinder, and precision construction.
