Quadrel: Pressure sensitive labeling system

Designed for the harshest environments and the most demanding applications, Quadrel’s new ProLine Dual-head pressure sensitive labeling system applies lables at speeds up to 400 products/min. with +/- .5mm accuracy, and features internationally compliant guarding, all overhead mounted electronics, stainless steel construction, and zero downtime capabilities.

Additional features include servo driven label applicators, Allen-Bradley PLC control, and color touchscreen HMI. The system is capable of applying paper or film labels to a wide variety of oval, rectangular, cylindrical and uniquely shaped containers.
