An economical solution for companies just beginning to automate their production and packaging lines, Model 220 uses the Lt408 from Sato to print text, graphics, and bar codes in 203 dpi to 6”/sec. Large LCD display with icon-driven user interface allows easy set-up and operation, and printhead change is quick and easy with one-touch printhead release. Base applicator is built with the same “hot swap” modules as the Model 250, and the company provides a factory upgrade to the 250 when production outgrows the 220.
